The chance to appear in another April Phillips premier was too good an opportunity to miss, having previously performed in Blind Eye. I’ve just finished a spell with Repertory as Mrs Cropley in Vicar of Dibley, the third TV character I’ve had the pleasure of bringing to the stage after Mrs Slocombe and Nursie.
